I can't say enough good things about Rainbow to Heaven. We recently lost our beautiful little girl. From the first call, to Melissa picking her up, to making arrangements with Natalie, we were treated with care, compassion and respect at an incredibly difficult time. Yesterday we received our beautiful little girl's forever cottage, along with her footprint. They are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend their services. They made a horribly difficult time much easier.

It started when I found my spoiled rotten parrot, Boo, had died during the night. I thought I'd pulled myself together, but as soon as the woman answered the phone, I fell apart and couldn't get a word out. She was patient and kind, and she waited until I could talk again. She got my information and told me someone would contact me and be there in less than two hours. I'm sure it was my fault that the phone number they had for me was wrong - I wasn't very coherent. Still, someone was there in about an hour. I assumed he'd want to just pick up and get out of there, but he asked me questions, got me talking, and the whole horrible thing was made easier by remembering my Boo's life. About a week later I had a package waiting for me when I got home, when Boo was returned to me
